My boyfriend and I love coming to this CiCi's! It always has great pizza on the lineup and the manager, Mark Peters, is always super friendly and helpful. I recently had an issue uploading my receipt to my CiCi's app for the rewards, and he helped me out with it. Anytime we want a pizza that is not out, they always make it quickly. Thank you! We will be back. :)

Guy at the counter charged me for an extra admission even after pointing out the high price, pizza was extremely dry and tasted old. Seemed like a nice location and its always kid friendly but I did not have a Good experience here at all.

I always like Cicis. The pizza is good, they will make you any pizza you don't see, and the staff is usually friendly. No complaints.

Really good! The salad bar was fresh and the pizza hot.

A Manager/team lead by the name of MARK at this location, harassed me for not buying a soda. He kept implying and insinuating that I may be asking for a water but might steal some other drink. He made nasty comments about other guests who have done that as well. Even said "who eats pizza with water". He proceeded to visit my table.to check. I felt very disrespected and maltreated and I'm highly offended. He has no right to assume this, judge customers, or investigate and harass someone for not being wanting to get a soda. This is a shame coming from management! I ate my meal with humiliation and frustration.I would like this addressed.There's obviously other complaints here about the manager's bullying and nasty attitude. DO SOMETHING ABOUT HIM please!

First visit. Clean and friendly. Not a franchise so don't expect the advertised TV prices.

Good pizza, cheap! Also salad, wings, and dessert. I don't usually eat gluten, but when I do, I head to CiCi's's.

Great customer service. We had to wait for seating but it took no longer than 10 minutes or so. The food was ok, I would rate it like a 5.2 but it is all you can eat so no big complaints. Great place to bring kids!

Pizza was average, buffet style. Staff seemed VERY engaged and helpful. Due to health issues...seemed empty. Praying for everyone.

Buffet had salad, soup, bread sticks, and several choices for pizza. Looking for a place to take the kids..... This is it.

The guy at the front counter was very helpful and showed concern for my hip( I was on a crutch) and our bellies. Great experience and they were constantly calling out fresh hot pizza. 5 stars from our family.

The pizza was fresh and any pizza they did not have you could request for them to cook and add to the buffet line. Also all the employees were really friendly and provided amazing customer service. Oh and did I mention it only cost $6 for the buffet.

At any given time there was about 3 pizzas available. They did make the pizza I ask for so that was a positive. Overall I'd eat there again but just not during peak times as there is no pizza ready

Decent for the price. Pizza is pretty good. Salad bar used to be awesome until they changed it a few years back, now it's not very good. Overall cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant is so so depending on how busy they are at that given time of day.

I love Cici's pizza and salad bar. As an older person I try to eat more salad than pizza however the young people I go with like more pizza than salad so everyone is happy. This Cici's location has a new design and has an excellent staff of people including general managers that great customers and keep an eye on freshness, keeping pizza's coming out and making sure salad bar is fresh and the place is clean. All of the staff are great. I normally eat here at least 1-2x per week. It would be nice to see sunflower seeds, chick peas or some protein source on the salad bar but aside from that I think they are doing a great job and providing a tremendous value for the cost. I recommend this place and think families and kids along with adults can all find something they enjoy here. Keep up the great work Cici's!

Super crowded and not much as far as selection goes. For an all you can eat the price is good.

A very good place for a pizza option. Great foe the kids since of the inexpensive option. All you can eat is always good. Salad, pasta, pizza, desert, great price.

You pay $6 for a meal. Considering the price. It's lit fam.

🍕 is not very good. The people are very nice though.

Some things depend on the time that you go. If you want a nice quick lunch, get there a little after they open. The buffet is super fresh at that time. They seem to have more variety out during busier periods. Always clean, and keep it up during busy periods. Never had an issue with staff.

Not usually a cicis person but do like the variety in pizza . Youngin like the pizza .

Mark Peters location busy Street 746 I comment on all of my restaurants I go to this restaurant was very clean the manager I know him by Mark I told him I was impressed by the store being clean and the food being excellent the salad bar was top on my list I will definitely be going back and bringing my niece that love CiCi's Pizza and her grandmother to. I really enjoyed myself at this CiCis. The staff was awesome. I know that you can get a specialized pizza made but the Manager made my pizza with all vegetables and not once gave me grief. He even joked saying my pizza had more color and made the line look colorful. This location even had a Paint and Sip for the children. I would highly recommend this location.

Well affordable for a family. Definitely not high quality pizza or pasta. Its a cheap buffet.The food quality reflects that. But the kids love it especially the Macaroni and cheese pizza. Yes you read that right!
